We must say that the quality of Tom’s homes is exceptional. Both homes that Tom built were and are incredibly efficient and sturdy from the ground up. Whether it was hurricanes or the scorching summer heat, both homes kept our family safe and kept our energy bills low. Quality truly matters over time. No builder-grade garbage supplies or materials were used.

"We engaged with Tom Mosco approximately 9 months ago and he is finishing up our home now. We believe our home is coming out better than we had hoped and it is because Tom is involved. He has helped us every step of the way with decisions by explaining our options and making his own recommendations.
